Services

We provide professional cleaning services as described on our website and as agreed upon in individual service quotations. All services are subject to availability.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property and any additional services requested.

Booking and Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please secure valuables and remove fragile items before our arrival.

Insurance

Grime Free Cleaning Services carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care with your property, but please report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
